Greenfield Warranty update: With Greenfield Mowers Pty Ltd ceasing to operate from June this year and COX Industries recently being granted a manufacturing license for the Greenfield brand, there has been customer questions arising regarding the Greenfield Warranty as promoted . We can confirm that:- 1. Future Greenfield branded product produced completely by COX Industries will have a five year warranty, provided it is serviced regularly(annually) by an authorized Greenfield Dealer. 2. Existing Greenfield stocks in the market and/or with Dealers will no longer be supported by the warranty program given that Greenfield Mowers Pty Ltd ceases to operate. 3. Future Warranty claims for existing units will be treated on an as is, individual, case by case basis, with the view to COX Industries and the respective Greenfield Dealer working together. As the manufacturing licensee, its in COX’s best interest to preserve and maintain the Greenfield brand therefore in the pursuit of goodwill, every endeavor will be channeled on a mutual outcome for all concerned.
