Finally, the LawnBOSS no longer plays the grey cousin to the rest of our line, but is now a fully fledged family member! Coming with all the qualities you know and love as well as premium Ripple Red paint and LawnBOSS decals. What a machine!

    Hi, where can I find the terms of your 5 year warranty? Are there any obligations to meet eg service schedule etc?

    This model is ideal for my application, and fits my budget being a pensioner , but unable to find any dealers or agents available in New Zealand.
    When could we expect to see the new Lawnboss here, as my old one is desperately due for retirement …

    hi. I want to submit the warranty but can’t find the Serial No. Where do I find this on the mower please .The model is a LAWNBOSS. CS4H15B32 (RED) Which I have just bought to replace my old CREAM COX. THE MOTOR DIED.!!Any one need spare parts ?? thank you

      Hi, to locate your serial number lift the seat of your machine off, underneath that there will be a panel, lift that and on the left hand side of the transmission housing your serial number will be located.

        HI. Back again .this plate shows model No. and Product code. Not a serial No. as such. So is one of these the actual serial No.?

          Hi, yes the serial number is located after the model number. It will be four letters and will follow the dash, looking something similar to this: CS4H15B32 – ????

            got it thankyou. Very deceiving though. .Could be stamped “serial No.. Also the STICKERS for the THROTTLE and KEY on off start are PEELING OFF. Would be appreciated if you could send me new ones just to start the warranty?? CHE3ERS
